Job summary

Are you an experienced and adaptable administrator with excellent typing skills? We are seeking a committed Maternity Governance Administrative Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across both Musgrove Park Hospital (MPH) and Yeovil District Hospital (YDH).

In this varied role, you will support maternity governance functions while also offering flexible administrative assistance to the Podiatry Booking Office when needed, as directed by the Administration Manager.

This is a key role supporting the smooth running of governance processes and clinical service delivery. Flexibility and a proactive approach will be essential as the role evolves alongside service development.

Main duties of the job

To organise, run and maintain an efficient administrative service predominantly working within the maternity governance team, as well as providing support to the Maternity Incentive Scheme lead midwives and other teams within maternity when required.
