Job summary
Are you a visionary leader ready to drive transformation and innovation in healthcare? We're looking for a Clinical Transformation Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.
You'll join our Improvement Team and work with a range and breadth of colleagues and stakeholders across Somerset Foundation Trust and the Somerset system to ensure development and delivery of a broad set of transformative work programmes aligned to our clinical care and support strategy.
You'll work collaboratively with the Associate Director of Clinical Transformation to provide leadership, development, and delivery of the Trust's clinical care and support strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Trust Strategy. This role involves coaching, directing and delivering a framework for clinical transformation and change programmes, and to build continuous improvement capability across all staff levels throughout the organisation. It is a challenging, impactful and visible senior leadership role.
Main duties of the job
As Clinical Transformation Advisor, you'll provide strategic leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmes. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence.
You'll have responsibility for a specific set of programmes and projects, and will use your clinical experience to advise, challenge and collaborate with clinical colleagues leading and working on those programmes and projects. You'll also work closely with colleagues from within the improvement team such as Improvement Advisors, Data Scientists and Project Managers.
