We're looking for a dedicated CAMHS RAFT Practitioner to join our Rapid Access and Follow-Up Team (RAFT) within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). You will play a key role in assessing, treating, and providing intensive support to children, young people, and their families.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team offering flexible care across clinical bases, homes, and community settings. You'll also be part of a rota covering extended hours, seven days a week, ensuring timely and effective mental health support.

Main duties of the job
- Assessment & Treatment -- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Risk Management -- Carry out risk assessments and work collaboratively to ensure safe, effective care.
- Shift Coordination -- Take responsibility for daily team coordination on a rota basis.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration -- Work closely with NHS teams, social care, education providers, and voluntary organisations.
- Supervision & Support -- Provide clinical supervision to Band 4 Child & Family Support Workers and support colleagues in their professional development.
- Service Improvement -- Contribute to audits, service evaluations, and policy development to enhance care quality.
