We value our RMNs highly, so development and training within this role will be offered and prioritised. Typically, in this this role, you will be working Monday to Friday during the day. However, there will be an expectation to work evenings, weekends and nights on an ad - hoc basis.
You will require good communication skills, a team work approach and be able provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.

Main duties of the job
Actively support the SNIO in delivery of milestones and optimisation plans, its associated process changes and any other Digital projects relating to clinical activities.
Engage key stakeholders, including patient groups, with planned service changes in relation to process, patient experience and/or service re-design.
Communicate, in the most appropriate manner, technical and non-technical information to staff and suppliers.
Ensure effective communication of business change plans and the associated benefits to staff and other identified stakeholders including patient groups.
Escalate comment and complaint on the proposed system to the SNIO assisting with the resolution of problems.
