Main duties of the job
We are seeking to appoint a Consultant Cardiologist with subspecialty expertise in imaging, or devices and/ or heart failure/ cardio oncology.
The applicant will be based with an option of either a Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton, or Yeovil district hospital contributing to the delivery of ward rounds, general cardiology, outpatient clinics and subspecialty sessions. If Musgrove based all non-interventional consultants will be expected to contribute to cross site working at Yeovil. The applicant will also contribute to a weekend Cardiology CCU ward round rota. They will not contribute to the acute medical on call rotas
