Job summary
The Logistics Team are a dedicated team providing essential logistics services to support the hospital's daily operations. From uniforms and stationery to postal services, we ensure seamless support for hospital staff and departments.
Main duties of the job
We're looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient operations across three main areas:
- Uniform Services: Fitting, ordering, and supplying uniforms for hospital staff, while managing recycling of old uniforms.
- Postal Services: Sorting and preparing mail, running franking machines, and coordinating with Royal Mail and couriers.
- Stationery Supplies: Managing and distributing stationery items to meet the hospital's needs.
