Main duties of the job
You will serve as the front-of-house representative, welcoming visitors, managing entry to the ward, signing in and distributing keys to professionals, and handling telephone inquiries.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, as well as ensuring that office supplies and stationery are ordered and adequately stocked.
