Main duties of the job

In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership and management of the Minehead Community Mental Health Team based at the Barnfield Unit, Minehead Community Hospital.

You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients in line with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, and resource limitations. You will ensure patients receive exceptional care and work collaboratively with team members and external agencies to address their health and social needs.

You will actively contribute to service development in alignment with the Trust's Strategy and Business Plan, offering clinical support, supervision, and leadership to team members.

This position is a 6 month secondment opportunity ideal for someone either with established leadership experience or to candidates with the right skills and a strong desire to begin a career in management.
