Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month Fixed Term System Support Analyst within the Digital Services Team at Somerset Foundation Trust. Working in line with our Digital Service Objectives in order to deliver on our commitment to making real improvements in patient care through the adoption of digital technology throughout the hospital and the wider health community of Somerset.
You will work closely with Digital, Testing and Training and Service Improvement teams and ensure the smooth running and delivery of various Clinical Systems.
We are looking for an individual who can join the Systems Support Team to provide support and advice to end users. You will need to have good communication skills, basic IT skills and be looking to develop your problem solving, systems set up and administration skills. You will need to have experience in working with or using Hospital Systems, knowledge and understanding of NHS operational business and clinical processes.
Main duties of the job
Key Tasks include:
- Dealing with system enquiries/problems/requests and faults received via the Service Desk in accordance with the SLA Agreements.
- Administrating the systems to ensure users are able to carry out their duties.
- Actively contribute to ensuring quality of data within systems.
