Reporting (CT Head) Radiographer

Job summary

This role will involve the acquisition, interpretation and reporting of CT examinations. The post holder will also provide expert clinical leadership to the CT team.

Working at the level of an enhanced practitioner, you will appropriately fulfil all four pillars of professional practice; Clinical Practice, Leadership & Management, Research & Development and Education.

Main duties of the job

• CT scan acquisition
• Interpretation and formal reporting of CT head examinations
• Contribute to MDT meetings
• Provide leadership to the CT team
• Contribute to the audit program
• Problem-solving within the CT service
• Planning and organisation of CT scanning

There may be a necessity to work at our peripheral sites as per service requirements, therefore a willingness and ability to travel across various Trust sites will be required.
