Job summary

SWISH (Somerset Wide Integrated Sexual Health Services) is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Millstream House, Taunton, and Bridgwater Community Hospital.

Being a driver with access to your own car is essential for this role.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide support to patients and carers under qualified professionals' guidance.
  • Execute delegated clinical and therapeutic tasks as part of a multi-professional nursing care program.
  • Conduct asymptomatic clinics and ensure responsible patient care.
  • Administer vaccinations as directed by qualified professionals.
  • Manage work-based administration duties efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours across community hub and spokes countywide, including evenings and weekends.
