We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistant, who is reliable and flexible to join our Taunton District Nursing team.
If you have good interpersonal and organisational skills, enjoy a challenge and have a passion to deliver a high standard of patient care, then this is the opportunity for you!
Main duties of the job
You will support and assist Registered Nurses/Midwives as a member of the nursing team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.
