Job summary
To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, as defined within the National Standards of Cleanliness, in all areas of responsibility
- To work as a member of the FM Cleaning Services Team
- To work within a patient and non-patient environment, and have daily contact with visitors, staff, and patients
- To work as part of the cleaning response team as required
- To ensure Infection Control guidelines are adhered to in line with Trust Policies and procedures
You will also have the opportunity to become a member of the bank team and pick upadditional shiftswithin the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Directed by the cleaning supervisors , you will work closely with other team members in the delivery of the cleaning service across the organization Day to day, you will be cleaning the environment this will include both clinical and non clinical departments.
You will be required to work closely with our clinical teams to deliver this service for our patients visitors and staff to ensure a clean safe and environment.
You will be required to complete all relevant training some on line training and some will be face to face .
