If so, the Taunton and West Somerset Integrated Admin Team are currently looking to welcome new administrators into their team.

You'll be joining a large, friendly team who share a passion for providing patients with the very best care in their own homes.

Main duties of the job

You'll become an important part of the administration team, working within the busy and demanding Neighbourhood Service HUB, providing excellent customer service to our patients, while also offering admin support to multi professional teams including District Nursing, Community Rehabilitation Service and Older Persons Mental Health Teams. Supporting these 3 teams means the roles offer variety, where no two days are the same.

Main duties include, telephony work, dealing with emails, actioning referrals and admin support for the service and the office as a whole.

This role will require regular working in the Taunton Neighbourhood Hub. The The post holder should be aware that our service coves 08:00 - 22:00, 7 days a week. You can expect your usual shift patterns to include 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm and 2pm-10pm, including bank holidays and weekends. .   • RSA Stage III word processing/typing or equivalent/NVQ 3 business and administration or working towards within agreed time scale

Desirable

  • ECDL

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience of using electronic systems e.g. RiO, Integra, E-roster,
  • Appropriate and significant amount of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of information technology packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
