Job summary

Due to an expanding Team, we are seeking a highly motivated and committed Administrator to join our booking office for MSK Physiotherapy at Mallard Court, BridgwaterFull and part time hours are available; working pattern will be discussed at the interview.

The booking office administrator is an extremely busy and varied role requiring someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to cope with the demands of the service. It is essential that the post holder is an excellent team player and has the ability to prioritise and manage all requests in a timely manner. The booking office is proud of their efficiency and high levels of patient care, they provide all new team members with a supportive and friendly working environment to develop and grow knowledge and skills. The majority of the role is telephone based and the successful post holder needs to have excellent telephone skills and on occasion be able to deal with difficult conversations.

Main duties of the job

you will work as an integral member of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Team by providing effective administrative support to the Services.

Working within the central booking office and be the first point of contact for patients accessing MSk Physiotherapy.

The post holder will work closely with other administrative and Clerical staff and MSK physiotherapists across the county.
