Job summary

Our Acute site at Musgrove Park hospital is looking to invite new HCA's to be a part of our fantastic team.

We will be holding an interview day for this role at Musgrove Park Hospital Academy we will be in contact with you and invite you to an allocated time slot. We will offer on the day!!

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role on this occasion. Please be aware that this role requires you to be able to commit to shifts flexibly, which means working days/nights and weekends.

There will be an expectation of a 24/7 approach to shifts patterns with a commitment to participate in the on-call service after appropriate training.

Please be advised, if you cannot commit to the following shift patterns, you will be referred to our Bank team who will have a discussion with you about flexible working patterns.

Days: Between the hours of 7am and 7:30pm

Nights: Between the hours of 7pm and 7:30 am

Weekends and Bank Holidays

Part time hours are anything from 24 hours (2 long days) and under 37.5 hours.

Main duties of the job

Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous but all necessary skills training, professional updates and mandatory training as appropriate to the post will be provided.
