Bowel Cancer Screening
Breast Cancer Screening
Cervical Cancer Screening
Diabetic Eye Screening
and
Abdominal Aortic Aneurism Screening.
You will have exciting opportunities to work with cancer screening leads, cross professional boundaries (acute and community) create innovative pathways, work autonomously and as part of a team to bridge the gap.
Applications are welcomed from registered Learning Disability Nurses, Registered General Nurses or AHP,s . You will be part of innovative works aligned and benchmarked against both Regional and National goals.
You will be encouraged to use all of you clinical and communication skills to drive equity and equality across healthcare systems.

Principle responsibility of the new posts is to make a difference.
To innovate, advocate, enable and empower.
Visible and proactive with a solution focused approach to ensure that those within the learning disabilities population utilise screening programs to detect early disease enabling them to benefit from timely diagnostics and treatment.
Enthusiasm and a passion for providing high quality care to a vulnerable population is key.
Working with multiple diverse key stakeholder across the County.
Putting the service user at the centre of everything that you do.
