Job summary
Applications are invited for the joint role of Clinical Fellow Core Anatomy Demonstrator in Urology, working with the University of Cambridge Department of Physiology, Development & Neuroscience (PDN) and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH).We have one post available to commence from 05 August 2026 until 03 August 2027.Late applications will not be accepted.
Main duties of the job
This post will allow the successful candidate to acquire many of the essential and desirable criteria for national specialty selection. The post offers the opportunity to gain teaching experience in a supervised environment, receive teaching from experienced senior staff, produce anatomical prosections and participate in research projects.In order to be considered, applicants must have achieved their Foundation Competencies or equivalent.Please note that these posts do not carry Postgraduate Dean's approval or training recognition.Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.
About us
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
