Qualifications

Essential

• GCSE Maths & English or Equivalent.
• Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable

• Relevant training on RTT pathway management.

Experience

Essential

• Experience of working within a healthcare setting.
• Prioritising, planning and organising own and others tasks.
• Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.
• Data entry experience and documentation.

Desirable

• Previous experience of working in NHS.
• Previous experience of working with medical records.
• Experience of working with EPIC hospital system.
• Experience of working with CHEQs.
• Experience of presenting data and information to various stakeholders or team members.

Knowledge

Essential

• Confidentiality and data protection processes and procedures.

• Good working knowledge of office procedures and all Microsoft office packages.
• Awareness of NHS targets and Trust priorities.
• Knowledge of RTT targets.
