Job summary
Applications are invited for the post of part time (0.6 WTE) Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3-5) in Occupational Health Medicine.This is a fixed term post for a period of six months, starting from 06 April 2026, the post is to cover maternity leave.The duties of the post include outpatient clinics for various occupational health referrals and providing medical support to the nursing team.OH Occupational Health and Wellbeing (formally Cambridge Health at Work) is a regional focal point of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, providing services to the Trust and organisation's on the hospital campus, as well to local industries, businesses and organisation's.
Main duties of the job
In order to be considered applicants must meet the essential criteria outlined in the Person Specification section of the Job Description.
Applicants must also have a completed at least the required initial training in one of the following specialties: surgery, psychiatry, acute medicine (2 years), general practice (3 years), public health (Phase 1), anaesthetics or ACCS (anaesthetics), radiology and paediatrics. Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.

The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
