Job summary

IT Technical Services Specialist with proven experience in Intune, O365, Microsoft Azure administration, and applications lifecycle management is required by Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH).

In this hands-on role, you should bring a wealth of experience in managing and supporting applications, M365 projects, with a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure, and the Power Platform, as well as Azure Virtual Desktop.

An understanding of the security and compliance features within the Microsoft ecosystem is particularly valued.

Main duties of the job

Provide technical support, incident management and problem management across the M365 environment, including user management, storage configuration, reporting and first fix.

Working with internal teams and other parties, including vendors, to build new or enhance existing solutions.

Maintain knowledge of various M365 IT architecture, standards, and practices.

Perform various daily checks and tasks across internal environments and perform any required actions.

Supporting the Trust's Clinicians and support staff in the use of its information systems by handling the effective technical configuration, implementation and testing of applications and systems.

To be a technical resource in the delivery of relevant project works as and when needed, providing technical support and assistance for IT project managers, vendors, and end users during the project implementation.

Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution activities and ensure support SLAs (Service Level Agreement) are met.

Manage support ticket queues to a high standard following ITSM principles.Resolving application questions, bugs, and other issues.

Administration of SharePoint features including lists, libraries, document sets, content types, managed metadata and term store, and custom web parts.

Preparing and testing technical knowledgebase articles as well as systems documentation.
