Rated Outstanding for care and Good overall by the CQC, we are committed to putting patients at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Improvement and Transformation Facilitator to join our Improvement and Transformation Team to help drive our Trust-wide improvement movement. You will bring experience in leading change and improvement using recognised methodologies, supported by excellent communication, data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills. Confident working across boundaries, you will coach and support colleagues to deliver measurable, sustainable results and help build a culture of continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in one of the country's most forward-thinking NHS Trusts, while developing your own leadership and improvement expertise within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Main duties of the job
The Trust will create an improvement movement throughout the organisation, whereby improvement will become part of the day job for our clinical and non-clinical staff, driving improved patient outcomes, patient and staff experience and value. Successful improvements and projects will contribute to the delivery of the Trust's strategy. This role is key to supporting the Trust to build and establish a culture of continuous improvement, to enable the required improvements; in doing so, this will achieve quality, performance, workforce and financial savings for the Trust. You will:

- Collaborate with staff across the organisation to deliver projects that improve patient journeys, support the Trust's strategy, and achieve cost improvements.
- Work jointly with colleagues across CUH and the wider Integrated Care System as needed.
- Apply improvement methodologies and facilitation skills to achieve project goals.
- Build improvement capability by designing and delivering training, mentoring, coaching, and supporting individuals in their improvement education
