Receptionist - Paediatric Outpatients (Clinic 6)

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Clinic Receptionist post. This role is to support the booking for follow-up clinic appointments in the Paediatric Service, checking in and checking out patients in our Clinic Reception desk and dealing with queries from patients and the Clinical team.
You will be required to work flexibly and to organise workload and cope with conflicting demands. We are looking for someone who has good time management skills and IT skills and who has customer service experience, as the nature of the role requires excellent communication and organisation skills and a high level of computer literacy.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the Paediatric Administrator and Clinical team to ensure clinics are fully utilised at all times and all queries are dealt with in a timely-manner.
