We have a unique opportunity for a dedicated Team Lead to join the Women's Clinical Trials team and be at the forefront of cutting-edge research within the Cambridge Cancer Trials Centre (CCTC).
We seek someone with excellent leadership, diplomacy and organisational skills to steer and develop our specialised research team. A proactive and strategic mind-set will be crucial in driving the development and expansion of Women's oncology clinical trials within CUH.

Main duties of the job
The Clinical Research Nurse / Practitioner Team Lead will be a member of the Cambridge Cancer Trials Team. The post-holder will work closely with the Senior Research Lead, investigators and the wider hospital support departments and associated multidisciplinary team to set up and deliver high quality clinical trials and CUH. They will lead a team recruiting and supporting patients into this very exciting portfolio - offering both complex therapies and crucial translational research to this patient group. They will line manage the Women's team of research nurses, practitioners and data managers, providing excellent leadership and management, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as commercial and academic trial sponsors. You will be proactively part of the wider CCTC management team supporting other team leads and being involved in projects across the department.
