As Lead Practice Educator it will be the post holders' responsibility to support the Senior Lead PDN to continue driving this agenda, which will include organising and planning the delivery of these events as well as supporting other ODN colleagues with their educational events. There is a need to be flexible in the delivery of education opportunities in response to regional needs at that time.
