Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Adviser to assist in the provision of a high quality service for the recruitment of doctors for the Trust. You will be the first point of contact for the Trust in many instances, and as such will be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Main duties of the job

The Medical Staffing team is a busy and dynamic team who are experts in managing the medical workforce.

You will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. This involves the administration, advice and support to Medical Staff on recruitment procedures and associated HR processes. You will attend and advise the interview panel at interviews and undertake all required pre-employment check processes.

As part of this role, you have the option to work from home two days per week, with three days office based. The working from home days are set by the department.
