Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Booking Coordinator within Childrens Services.

You will support the professional administration of the Childrens Services Outpatient service to all its users including patients, relatives and colleagues.

You will be required to work flexibly and to organise their workload and cope with conflicting demands on their time but prioritise their work accordingly. The nature of the role requires excellent communication and organisation skills and a high level of computer literacy.

Main duties of the job

The main duties and responsibilities are scheduling clinic appointments, answering and dealing with the phone calls that are coming through to Clinics, monitoring and actioning appropriate work ques and ensuring all clinic slots are utilised. Training will be provided.
