Job summary
We are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Paediatric Outpatient Admin team as Appointment Booking Co-ordinator in Paediatric Day Unit. This post will include a wide range of duties to assist in the day to day running of our very busy Outpatient Clinic.
This part time role will need to be on set days (Monday, Thursdays and Fridays).
Main duties of the job
The ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent customer service skills are essential.You must be able to liaise with staff at all levels, in a confident manner, be willing to learn and be able to work both independently and within a team.You must be well presented, friendly and welcoming to all and uphold our values of Kind, Safe and excellent at all times.
