We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who has a keen interest in developing our placement infrastructure here at CUH.
Come join a dynamic and supportive team within the Clinical Education Team. Directing and managing all non-medical placements for learners across CUH, providing high-quality confidential administration to support the head of non-medical education. Additionally managing and leading a team of administrators supporting the non-medical clinical education team.

Main duties of the job
In collaboration with the Head of Non-Medical Education and Senior Education Leads manage placement allocations for learners undertaking non-medical education programmes.
Lead and manage the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of all administrative procedures relating to non-medical placements, contributing to the development and review of both existing and new policies and procedures within the department.
Act as a source of placement knowledge and expertise for learners and staff within the department and Trust providing appropriate advice and support in relation to placement processes.
Liaise with key placement providers e.g. HEIs, to plan the allocation of placements and to confirm, track and record these for all learners.
