Job summary

The Rosie Birth Centre is looking for a Receptionist/ ward clerk, who has excellent communication skills, is well organised and self-motivated to work on the RBC Reception to be first point of contact to visitors. You will be expected to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and a high level of customer service to all users including patients, relatives and colleagues.

You will have good typing skills and have worked previously in a receptionist/administration role.

You would require to work a two week rota of -

Week 1- from Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 08.30-15.30 and Thursday, Friday, 08.30-15.30.

Week 2- Tuesday, Wednesday 08.30-15.30 on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job

To contribute to the provision of a professional clerical administration and reception service to the Rosie Birth centre and all its users including patients, relatives and colleagues.
