Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pay an Reward Lead to join our workforce directorate on a fixed-term/secondment basis.
You will support the Deputy Workforce Director on all pay related matters in the Trust, ensuring a clear and wide understanding of pay policies and procedures.
Main duties of the job
- Pay and reward lead for the Trust including management side lead for job evaluation.
- Management of the job matching processes and related policy.
- Management and development of the Staff Benefits Team
- Responsible for the salary sacrifice schemes and loan schemes, ensuring the Staff Benefits team administer the schemes safely and efficiently.
- Support the development of the pay and reward strategy for the trust.
- Responsible for the development of the CUH financial wellbeing strategy and insuring implementation of the offers available to staff. This will include preparing communication plans for the Trust.
- Stay aware of developments in employee benefit schemes including HMRC legislation.
