Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the pain clinic for an experienced HCA, passionate about supporting patients suffering with a chronic pain condition. We are looking for a caring, organised and proactive individual. Prior clinic experience is advantageous, but not essential. Responsibilities include ensure the smooth flow of patients though the clinic, monitoring their participation in our pain education seminars, and providing chaperone support during consultations as needed.
Informal visits are strongly encouraged, as well as trying some of the bank shifts we have available during the recruitment process. Come and meet us!
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a multidisciplinary team assisting with patient care and other departmental-related duties as directed by a Registered Nurse to ensure safe, kind and excellent care for patients.

- Literacy and Numeracy (level 2) or equivalent e.g. Maths/English GCSE grade C or above/willing to work towards and achieve within 6 months of commencing the Band 3 role
Desirable
- Diploma Level 2/3 in Care/Health or other relevant qualification (eg NVQ L3).
