Epic Bridges Experience: We're on the lookout for individuals with appropriate qualifications, technical skills, and NHS experience. If you're eager to grow into an Epic Bridges expert, this role provides the perfect platform.

Quality Results: Uphold a commitment to delivering the highest quality results. Your constructive collaboration with a diverse range of staff at all levels will be instrumental in our collective success.

Please note we support candidates from other software and technology backgrounds.

Main duties of the job

Senior Integration Analyst: As a Senior Integration Analyst within our team, you'll be leading on several integration projects, enabling the flow of data between third party systems using the InterSystems Healthcare Connect Integration engine. You'll be supported by the Interface team lead and the larger eHospital team covering other Epic applications. Development will mostly be for HL7 v2.x interfaces; however, we are seeing more integrations using technologies such as FHIR, a new, exciting, and constantly evolving area of healthcare technology.

Effective Communication: The role extends beyond technical skills; good communication is key. You'll be expected to develop clear documentation and workflow process maps. Translating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is a crucial aspect of the role. You'll frequently engage with groups of internal and external senior clinical and management staff to discuss the details of and delivery of projects.

Strategic Collaboration: Collaboration is at the heart of your role. You'll partner with both clinical staff from across the trust and Administrative and technical staff from within the eHospital team. Working closely, you'll craft workflow and local support strategies, enabling the clinical teams to safely use and benefit from the integrations which are deployed. We support a cohesive and integrated approach to healthcare integration and Interface work is key to continued success at CUH.
