Job summary

Applications are invited for the position of Cleaner.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work flexibly in order to maintain cleaning and maintenance of the Frank Lee Centre and Pemberton House.

Main duties of the job

  • To ensure that a high quality of cleanliness is maintained throughout the centre

  • To ensure that stocks of cleaning materials are replenished on a regular basis to perform cleaning duties.

  • To undertake maintenance tasks within capabilities and / or report any defects to the manager on duty at the earliest opportunity.

  • To be aware of the responsibilities of all employees and maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.

  • The post holder must at all times carry out their duties with regards to the Trusts policies and procedures including the Equal Opportunities.

  • To carry out all duties as outlined on the centre cleaning specification (available during recruitment process if requested).

  • To ensure maintenance of good relationships, communication and team work with all disciplines.
