This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving education team to be part of our delivery of the Nursing Associate Apprentices (NAAs) and Registered Nursing Associates (RNAs) across CUH. Working closely with the lead for clinical apprenticeships, you will be working across the trust working with staff, ward managers, matrons and apprentices to embed and develop the role within CUH. You will be joining a dynamic clinical education team and working with multiple stakeholders across the trust. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and be part of the development and delivery of the NAA programme, fostering collaboration and innovation, sharing best practice (locally and nationally), and ensuring future sustainability by the end of the project.
Main duties of the job
To work across CUHFT as implementation lead for Registered Nursing Associates (RNAs) and Nursing Associates Apprentices (NAAs) to deliver key objectives relating to workforce supply, information and planning priorities:
Developing Nursing Associate workforce supply pipeline
Nursing Associate Workforce planning
Retaining our Nursing Associate workforce
Sustainable Nursing Associate attraction and recruitment solutions.
The Nursing Associate Implementation Lead will apply professional leadership skills to the implementation and delivery of the Nursing Associate role across the Trust and help align it with other nursing workforce planning priorities in the Trust.
The role holder will work closely and build and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and develop and implement a communication strategy for the project utilising internal and external resources and stakeholders to develop and deliver the programme, fostering collaboration and innovation, sharing best practice (locally and nationally), and ensuring future sustainability by the end of the project.
