CUH Critical Care are excited to be implementing the Registered Nursing Associate role. We are now recruiting qualified RNA's. We are looking for highly motivated, innovative individuals who are passionate about Critical Care Nursing and have an aptitude for learning.

Main duties of the job
The Critical Care Registered Nursing Associate will work independently and report to the Registered Nursing team (Level 1) to provide safe, compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based patient-centred care. The post holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their workload; contributing to care planning and patient review, alongside the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will implement evidence-based care, utilising relevant guidelines, protocols, and policies (local and national)They will be responsible for completing any work based training and associated competencies required for this role.
The post holder will adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates and work within their scope of practice. Recognising and taking responsibility and accepting accountability for the way the care is delivered.
