Job summary

Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow (FHO2 equivalent) in various specialties, commencing from as soon as possible until 06 August 2024 at Addenbrooke's Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

There are two posts available:

Post 1:

  • Psychiatry (as soon as possible until 05 December 2023)
  • Obstetrics and Gynaecology (06 December 2023 until 02 April 2024)
  • General Medicine with Stroke Medicine (03 April 2024 until 06 August 2024)

Post 2:

Stroke Medicine from as soon as possible to 06 August 2024

Main duties of the job

The duties of these posts are those of a Clinical Fellow equivalent to FHO2.

With this in mind the post holds the potential opportunity for further career development in clinical areas for an ambitious applicant.

In order to be considered applicants must meet the essential criteria outlined in the job description.

This post may be suitable for those wishing to undertake an "F3" role.

About us

Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.

The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
