Job summary
You will be based in the Recruitment Team with your main responsibility being to ensure our International Nurses have a fantastic onboarding experience to the trust. Your role will be to ensure they are supported during their onboarding period as well as their general induction. You will also be required to complete administrative duties to support this work. As a member of the Recruitment team you will also be expected to assist in the provision of a high quality, professional recruitment service for the Trust, dealing with complex queries, and providing advice and support to both recruiting managers and applicants. You will also be required to maintain high standards of courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail, as well as problem solving techniques and a high level of customer service.
Main duties of the job
Providing and assisting in the provision of a high quality, professional recruitment service for the Trust, dealing with complex queries, and providing advice and support to both recruiting managers and applicants
This role will require flexible working across a 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday service, rotating between a 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 shift
Please note due to the nature of the post, you will be expected to work some late evenings and weekends. This will be added to your rota with time back during office hours. This will be further discussed at interview.
