Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Accommodation Manager to professionally oversee the provision of residential accommodation and to ensure an adequate supply of properties is available to meet increasing demand.
Reporting to the Head of Property Services, this post sits within the Capital, Estates and Facilities Management directorate at Cambridge University Hospitals.
Main duties of the job
To oversee the monitoring and application of relevant contract provisions and to resolve complex contract queries / disputes.
Responsible for taking action in all matters pertaining to management of offsite residential accommodation and to act as key advisor and point of contact to the Head of Property Services on these issues.
The role will work closely with all departments requiring the use of the service and associated estates departments to ensure that the accommodation is in an appropriate condition and furnished accordingly.
