Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team, to provide a first-class, efficient and effective Executive Assistant service to the two Divisional Directors (DD) and Associate Director of Operations (ADO) such that they and other Senior Managers within the Division are able to focus on their key responsibilities. The post holder will have delegated authority and responsibility to act independently and handle and deliver decisions and actions
Main duties of the job
The role is challenging but varied and requires excellent organisational and communication skills. The candidate must have good organisational skills, the ability to use own initiative, the ability to show attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
