Main duties of the job
Your
day will include-
Band
5
Being an active
member of a multi-disciplinary, integrated community team.
Managing a
defined caseload, using evidence based/person centred principles to assess,

To provide
clinical and supervisory leadership to junior staff and students within the
multi-disciplinary team.

Being jointly responsible with other senior
colleagues for the day-to-day planning and delivery of the multi-disciplinary
team services within the Local Community Team.
Managing a caseload of clients with multiple
and complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess,
plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
Provide specialist Therapeutic input into
planning, development and evaluation of clinical services within the team, with
responsibility for defined projects.
