Main duties of the job
The Role
Provide direct, high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring they are fully informed.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to optimize patient care and discharge.
Maintain a visible, professional presence on the ward.
