We are seeking a dynamic Site Project Director to spearhead the design and construction of a major capital project as part of the New Hospital Programme (NHP), at James Paget University Hospital, Gorleston.
Main duties of the job
Lead the design and construction phases, managing relationships with technical teams and external partners.Oversee contractual relationships with tier one building contractors and enabling works providers.Develop business cases, control budgets, and ensure compliance with NHP Hospital 2.0 standards and the Building Safety Act.Drive value engineering, manage claims and disputes, and minimize disruption to clinical services.Champion health and safety, training, and professional development for all staff involved.
