We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Medical Secretary to join our Rheumatology Services Medical Secretarial team within the Division of Medicine.
The role will be to provide administrative support to the Rheumatology Consultants, Infusion Service & nursing team.
Main duties of the job
The Medical Secretary role is a highly diverse, demanding but rewarding role, working as part of a friendly, dynamic team across Monday to Friday. Medical secretarial experience is preferred, but not essential. The ability to type to a high standard and desire to develop and learn new skills and competencies would be expected of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will have the confidence and enthusiasm to take on the challenges of this role and experience to manage a high workload. Applicants must be organised, have the ability to work under their own initiative and able to prioritise a competing workload.
