Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Emergency Admissions department (EADU) for a Clinical Support Assistant.

If you are ready to become a part of a passionate and dynamic team, have significant experience of working in EADU, or other acute hospital areas/departments we would love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

You will be a competent and integral part of the team, supporting the medical and nursing staff in the Emergency Admissions Unit in the provision of high quality, dignified and compassionate patient care.

Education

Essential

  • Five GCSEs or Equivalent including Maths and English.
  • Demonstrates willingness to undertake further education.

Desirable

  • Care certificate or NVQ level 3 in care subject
  • Extended skills relevant to role

  • Demonstrates good verbal communicaiton

Experience

  • Recent experience of working in a healthcare setting.
