We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable, enthusiastic Band 3 Booking Coordinator. The post holder will be responsible for prioritising their own workload and ensuring data quality and customer service are delivered to a consistently high standard. You will form part of a small, but very friendly admin team, carrying out clerical duties within laid down guidelines, meeting deadlines and targets as specified.

  • Liaising with patients to discuss their booking and giving relevant guidance
  • Directly supporting the Business Support Manager with general administrative duties
  • Closely monitoring RTT to ensure that targets are met
