Critical Care Outreach
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join the Critical Care Outreach Team as a Sister/Charge Nurse. Our dynamic team delivers a 24/7 evidence-based care to acutely unwell patients, or those at risk of deterioration throughout the James Paget University Trust.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be an individual who is an expert in assessing and recognising acutely ill patients and can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patients receive the right treatment in the right place at the right time. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be supported by a minimum of four year post registration experience, which includes two year experience within a critical care/acute care setting.
