Job summary
An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen as a Band 6 on EADU. We arelooking for a dynamic and pro-active person to help co-ordinate the unit in order to maintain flow through the Emergency footprint.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to be well organised and effective in their practice, they must be able to multi-task and actively contribute towards a developing department.
To support the leadership of EADU in conjunction with the Nurse to effectively and efficiently deliver the emergency service, to support the provision of clinical leadershipand the development, management and teaching of staff.
Act as a credible effective leader in the role of coordinator and role model to the nursing team, support workers and other members of the multi professional team.
Provide effective and evidence basedclinical expertise to support the team and patients and to provide professional leadership and supervision to nursing, supporting staff and students within EADU.
To provide direct support to the team leader to ensure the main responsibilities as below are met.
