This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare by supporting the education and development of pre-registration students across all AHPs within our Trust , including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Therapeutic and Diagnostic Radiotherapy, Orthoptics, Operating Department Practitioners and Paramedics. You will be based at Peterborough City Hospital with occasional attendance at teams across other Trust sites.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide visual support and guidance to pre-registration students, apprenticeships, and those returning to practice.
Collaborate with clinical teams to implement non-traditional placement models, enhancing and expanding placement capacity across the AHP professions, with a focus on Therapeutic Radiography.
Work across three hospital sites to facilitate placements, training, and education for re-registration students.
Partner with the AHP Pre-registration Lead to ensure high-quality practice placements for pre-registration students.
Foster strong relationships with practice placement educators and external stakeholders.
