Job description

Job responsibilities

As Divisional Director for Urgent & Emergency Care, you will work as part of a triumvirate leadership model, alongside the Divisional Operations Director and Divisional Director of Nursing, to deliver outstanding care across our Emergency Department and integrated urgent care pathways. The Trust's Clinical Strategy commits us to working with partners to develop more community-based specialist pathways such as a Virtual Hospital at Home and neighbourhood urgent care models, aligning with primary care and community services for more patient-centred and personalised care.
